LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

We are so very thankful for your support and for choosing to purchase from Mile-One LeatherWorks. We genuinely love our customers and put our best effort into each product we make. It is important to remember that when working with even the best leather, things can still happen. Things can still break. We know you have paid good money for your items and we want you to feel value from your purchase. We warrant all of our products against defective materials and craftsmanship under normal use conditions for the life of the item.

Mile-One LeatherWorks will repair or replace any part or product that is found to be defective. If your item is repairable then a repair will be made. If your item is not repairable then it will be replaced. Any action taken will be completed after an inspection of your item. In some cases, we may ask that you send your item back to us for inspection prior to sending a replacement. If your exact leather, color or item is no longer available or offered then we will do our absolute best to find a suitable substitute for your replacement. You may also choose to have this substitute in the form of a store credit.

 

Our goal is customer satisfaction and we take this very seriously. While our products are incredibly durable, they are not indestructible. An unattended dog may be able to eventually rip their collar apart, they can probably chew through it, if abused it may break. We firmly stand behind our products but only in cases not involving being misused.
